Studio Ilse designed the 36 24 36 print. It looks like an infinite stair baluster. Christopher Farr has made this print on linens, outdoor textiles and rugs. The textiles are more graphic as it it typically a color on a white background, but the rug is tone on tone that gives it a watery quality. It reminds me of oil on water.
